asp.net pages for vb

Have a large VB6 application (over 1 million lines of code) that needs to be converted so that it runs in a browser. I believe the way to accomplish this is to run the VB through the wizard to convert to VB.Net, and that to make the VB.Net run in a browser we need to create ASP.net pages to call the VB.Net application. Question 1: Is the above correct? i.e. does VB.net require asp.net pages as a front end to run in a browser over the internet? or does vb.net, through some mechanism I don't understand, have the capability to run in a browser? Question 2: I see a lot of links on the web for a product called WinformstoWeb that seems to create asp forms from your vb code (description below)? However, it seems like it is no longer available for sale.
