Adding content to my wordpress site

Hi, I am looking for someone that knows how to code in CSS & XHTML and have knowledge working with WordPress. My current website is this: [login to view URL] and my redesigned website is this: [login to view URL] I need someone to copy ALL of the content that is found in the "Projects" section [login to view URL] into the new website within the projects section. There are several sub categories within Projects, so the person that works on this task must copy everything copy into WordPress including the gallery of images, the way the menu collapses and adding the new pages that correspond to the links. I cannot pay alot on this project so please bid with a reasonable price. I am looking for a long term partnership.
