Upgrade Drupal 5 to Drupal 6

Need to upgrade a drupal 5 site to drupal 6 without destroying any content or functionality. It's a community site that's a bit past it's heyday, but still helps people that live in the community. Hoping to keep the site basically as it is. [login to view URL] . I would do it myself but don't want to deal with the inevitable issues that arise when upgrading Drupal.
