Customise Pollfield6.x-1.13-beta1 for drupal website

We need to customise the Pollfield 6.x-1.13-beta1 modual on a drupal site [login to view URL] On the right column we have a Poll block that was hard coded with the HTML code produced when you created a page using Pollfield 6.x-1.13-beta1 module We need people to able to create the pool like normal and once created be provide with some form of code (php snippet) that can be copied and pasted into the pool block on the right to display the pool (so the user no longer needs to copy and past the source code) The poll will then work as normal, once poll filled in the user will be redirected to the result page
