Have provider questions

Have been a buyer for long time considering being a provider but there is much about being a provider i would like to know

I only want people to bid on this project if you have

A. Ever cancelled a project within 24hrs and even more so recently and have the email that is sent out

B. Have ever gone through self mediation vs regular arbitration recently and you understand how it works and maybe you have emails to show what is sent out, when you accepted to pay the 3.5%

C. Have entered a arbitration and lost and had to pay the cancellation fee.

D. Have entered a arbitration and won

E. Missed a Deadline for a project and suffered for it.
