Create an Ebay Store from my Website

I have a selection of vacation homes which you can view at **[login to view URL]** I would like someone to create an Ebay store listing these homes. It's a little more difficult than listing 'widgets' in the store as all the homes (products) have different rates for different date periods and are not always available as soon weeks are already booked. Need a clever way to present the homes and a simple process to keep the listings up to date. Open to ideas as to how best to present and maintain the data.
