Program development for? automatic trading of various instruments. ? Prior experience is preferred with: 1 ? ? ? ? ? ? Brokerage platforms that provide real time indicators (eg NinjaTrader/Trade Station/etc) 2)? ? ? ? ? ? Various indicators (EMA/SMA/Stochastic/etc) 3)? ? ? ? ? ? Developing trade set up/money management systems and? automating trading The key components of the envisaged experimental program/system are as follows: 1)? ? ? ? ? ? The program? should be an independent stand alone system. 2)? ? ? ? ? ? Based on generic trading indicators, the program? should preferably have universal application for any instrument/market/platform. 3)? ? ? ? ? ? The? program must be able to? continuosly measure/monitor/analyze MULTIPLE key indicators (eg various EMA/SMA/Stochastic/etc), over multiple (typically 3-4) time frame charts in real time 4)? ? ? ? ? ? Based on pre-determined indicator criteria, the program must? be able to place and exit trades AUTOMATICALLY (on broker platforms eg Ninja Trader/Trade Station/etc).? ? 5) ? ? The program MUST have? money management/risk mitigation safety features (eg stop loss/trailing stops/etc) ? ? ? ? 6) ? ? The program should allow for review of trades and on-going improvement of the various trading parameters, pre-determined criteria, etc. ? ? ? ? 7)? ? ? The service is subject to a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement, requestor's approval of any bids? and the system/program will be owned by the principle only. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform One that is? suitable and secure for the project
