Network Monitoring app

I am looking for an application that will allow me to connect to any P2P (peer to peer) network (ie. Kazaa) and allow me to monitor traffic searches done by file name and extension. Basically the application will create a list of the 'most downloaded files' per category (ie. mp3, videos, games, etc). The application will keep track of the IP addresses ONLY to create a geographic representation by region (ie. [login to view URL] searched 1,256,125 times today in California or Tokyo, etc) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
