Microsoft Outlook email group alert

I wish to have a program written that, when ran, will modify Microsoft Outlook (recent versions) so that the following behavior occurs in Outlook: When the user of Outlook hits 'Reply to All' for a list of email addresses that contain any email addresses that map to group email addresses (i.e. aliases for groups of people within Exchange server), that a yes/no dialog pops up that says "Are you sure you want to 'Reply to All' and send this email to XXX people?". In the dialog described above, 'XXX' represents the actual number of people that the email will be sent to. For example, if the return email list of addresses contain two aliases that each map to 100 real address, then the alert would say 200 people. The goal here, is to warn the user that they are about to send the email to a very large number of people, even though you cannot easily tell that from the email addresses in the reply to line. Please ask any clarification questions you have. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000, Windows XP
