I need to have version 17.12 of the eDonkey2000 server modified to send a message to connecting clients.

The software to be modified can be downloaded from here: <[login to view URL]>

The server should send a message, which is stored in [login to view URL], to every client that connects five minutes after the connection attempt (regardless of whether it succeeded or not).

The messaging protocol should be the same one used by eMule, <[login to view URL]> .

What makes this a little tricky is that source code for the eDonkey2000 server is not available.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
