This is a Clinic Management system which has two system that will be netwoked to perform different functions. The Nurse system and a doctor's system. This system has to be stable as a commercial system and will be needing further updates in the near future for further enchancement so I would like the work with a coder who can deliver good stable program and with a vast knowledge of programming. I would also want a coder who is creative enough to advise me on some changes which will make the system function better and be more stable. I have given a brief overview on the interfaces of the system and notified on how I want the system to work. I would prefer a noncommercial database such as MYSQL to be the database back bone or Built in Database for cost reduction. It doesn't matter on what programming langguage is being used except Java. The most important thing is the stability of the system. I would like to work with a coder who would be able to make changes and communicate with me daily on the progress along the progress and fast worker too. We can design a Gantt Chart after accepting the bid to keep our timing perfect. Most important please be reasonable in the bidding. Thank you.
