Analog X Keywords Live "Clone" This is a very simple project for a programmer who knows what they are doing Keywords: Borland C++ Builder 6 / Kylix, Text Manipulation Application needs to be developed with Borland C++ Builder 6 using Borland's cross platform libraries (if any) so that from a single source code a Linux application can be compiled using Borland Kylix The application is essentially a "clone" of AnalogX Keyword Live with some added functionality [login to view URL] Added functionality: -4 more sources (will be provided to the winning bidder) (ALL sources are selected by default, but can be turned off individually) -Not a top 100, but a top however long it may become list -Pause / Resume option. Also an option to "append or start from zero" when starting up the program (including counters) -Clean up the phrases before counting them (configurable cleanup) -Save the data in a file -Warn user when a source stops responding (but don't stop the rest of the processing) -Warn user when internet connection goes down -Save processed data in a csv file -Ability to export selected columns while paused or running (snap shot) -Show how many new phrases and words we added during the last 24 hours and the XX minutes of processing (configurable) -Show total number of searches processed per source as well as the total -Show number of unique searches -Show number of unique words SEE ALSO FURTHER NOTES AT THE BOTTOM
## Deliverables
Conditions: Work for hire - We will be the sole owner of the program, source code and other deliverables All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). All variables/parameters/comments in source code will be named in English Packaging and deliverables: 1) Stand alone ready to run executable for Windows 2000 / XP that runs WITHOUT the need for an installation. 2) Stand alone ready to run Linux application 3) Source code Important Notes: No reliance on M$ Internet Explorer or M$ development environment or M$ C++ libraries allowed!! The application(s) are NOT allowed to overwrite ANY files on the user's system without asking for confirmation Whatever user settings might be necessary can be saved in a txt file (.ini) in the same dir as the executable
## Platform
Operating Systems: Windows 2000 / XP AND Linux Notes: When you look at the places on the web where they let you see live searches from other users, if the number of searches is lowish, a refresh or reload may result in a list that already contains several searches that have already been processed before. On the other hand you don't want to refresh too infrequently to prevent missing searches. Come up with an acceptable solution to prevent double counting of searches from a single source as a result of this issue (demonstrate how you do this). This needs to obviously be applied to each selected source that is being processed. Make sure that the program can work with LARGE amounts of data Program should remember to open the file browser where the last files were saved to and loaded from
