I am reposting this project because I could not find a good provider last time. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BEFORE YOU BID (please read carefully):... 1. * This project is a very sophisticated - a d w a r e - so please do not bid unless you are very very skilled in this area. 2. * I want to out source this project (sorry US providers). 3. * This will involve web based, desktop based, and server based programing. You must be very skilled in networking design. 4. * A user friendly adminstration (control panel) website will need to be created. 5. * You must be serious, able to keep in-touch via IM (Instant Messanger), via email and focus your attention intensively on this project. 6. * Payment is NOT upfront as I mentioned in my last post and will need to be discussed and there will be a large payout after revenue is generated through this program.
