Adware

Hallo, my english is not the best so i hope u'll able to understand me. basicly i need a custom adware that run as a dll under [login to view URL] (not as a service). this adware need to download a list of urls over http in xml format. this list should contain some informations like ad sizes, delays and more. the adware need to "hook" into the default/used browsers when it displays popups, like a dhtml frame that is placed over the current website to show advertisements. i don't want to have a BHO for doing it. the advertisements should lie over the opend website and it should be possible to close them (all like a dhtml frame). also the adware should be able to open a standard popup window if it's told in the xml file. i also need a (de)installer for it and all files need to be optimized as much as possible and small as possible. the (de)installer needs to set an allow to the windows firewall settings to resolve any problems with that. also the installer needs some spaces for an EULA and an accept button. i don't want to have added any spy or content reading stuff or backdoors to update or download any other stuff. the adware installer should be available in 2 versions, as standalone and as bundle (with other applications/files). for the bundle version i also need an encoder to load the 3rd party applications/files into the installer. i don't want a vb or .net solution and for sure i want all sourcecodes. regards manuel
