Record keystrokes for multimedia self-promo

I want to make a self-promo. I want to "record" the keystrokes of software that i've developed to put in a multimedia presentation. I would like to make an mpeg of the keystrokes as i open excel, run some macros which update a powerpoint file. I am looking for someone that can recommend camcorder software, teach me to use it in a short amount of time, tell me what settings to use etc. This needs to work on win2000, win95, office 97, office xp. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform win 95, win 2000 Must understand codecs, different operating systems, players etc.
