We currently run a website with the same content every year. We need to standardize the way we upload the information and setup some type of mini portal. Do not feel overwhelemed by the project scope as this site is quite simple.
An example of this project is at:
So, we need the following:
One page to register
One page to edit the registration
One page to edit and post a schedule of events
One page to edit and post speakers information
One form to submit a poster.
2 User levels. One main admin who can view all data in database, and the users who register.
One page for the users to print a receipt of the event ( no cost involved, and NO e-commerce or payment system). This is just a dummy receipt.
Picture gallery. There are hundreds online which can be implemented in this website.
Simple. Read the details for the project scope in the attached file. **DISREGARD THE OPTION TO USE AN EXISTING ASP PORTAL. I WOULD LIKE THIS TO BE DONE FROM SCRATCH.**
