Requirement tracker

UPDATE: Since I have not seen anything acceptable since the start of the request, I am ready to design a custom system. Then I know, I am moving somewhere. I am it should take 2 weeks. I will provide the initial database schema. The project will cover: 1. user login and authentication 2. list of actors, their add and edit 3. list of requirements (add and edit) with categories 4. list of comments with ability to add new comments and hide irrelevant ones. 5. report lising new comments with link to navigate to the related requirement. 6. a few other things, but the above should give you some idea about scope of the project. ORIGINAL REQUEST: I need a requirement tracker to track a list of requirements for a software project. Quite common piece of software, so somebody here may already have it and ready for a test drive. I hope to be able to pick a piece I like based on the features, robustness and bid amount. Technology: ASP.NET 1.1 /2.0 and MSDE/SQL Server in back end. C#. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP.NET 1.1 /2.0 and MSDE/SQL Server in back end.
