MySql Database - Members Area Results

I need a skilled programmer in MySql database to work on our members area of our site. Its basically a Net site, with mysql database. Explaination: The site has two types of users/members. One user registeres projects with titles that display in the other users members area. When the other users click on any of those titles, it records a "reviewed" status for that project in the project's members page, as well as any "requests" status for that project/title. Currently, I had a programmer go in to work on this, and they messed it up a bit. When member clicks on titles, it no longer records that "reviewed" activity to disply in the other members page, as well as some other issues with requests made on project titles.
