Intranet/Internet Application Design w. SQL backend

I'm a reasonably able ASP programmer with a lot of Access experience, and am getting to grips with SQL server and ASP.net - which I will pickup quite quickly when I have some time to spare. I am currently in the process of designing a replacement for my firms slightly ageing database (MS Access Front End and Back End) which manages our customer and stock data. My firm has strange trading procedures - but nothing too complex. I am looking (initially) for an SQL expert, preferably with some understanding of building data driven websites and intranets, to aid me with designing the database that will drive my new application. This is a blank sheet project as I do not intend to import our current data, although this may become a requirement if its possible to do well. Anyone wishing to work with me would need to be willing to discuss and understand the intracacies of my business, in order to fully understand and help forsee 'issues' that may occur further down the line. The ideal candidate would live within reasonable commuting distance of Piccadilly, London; as I feel a site visit (or several ) would save a great deal of our time. If a good working relationship is developed then I would most probably invite the succesful coder to continue with the projects next stage of development.
