HTML/CSS/Javascript optimization

Hi, We need an experience web developer to overhaul the HTML, CSS, and javascript of our website. This is phase 1 of the project, and will consist of doing the following: 1 - Strip as much of the HTML and CSS styling information from inline and separate it in to an independent CSS file. 2 - Redo the web design so that the content and navigational information of the page loads before the graphics. Right now our web page takes too long to load on slow internet connections and we are losing a lot of traffic because of it. 3 - consolidate and optimize the javascript and put in a separate .js file You can take a look at the webpage at [login to view URL] We'll provide you with the raw files that you'll need if any. Speed is the most important factor here, specifically browser load time, and the download speed on a 56k dial up connection. Phase 2 - Is to do the same for the database portion of the website. We can do the actual coding you would do the HTML. Phase 3 - would be to optimize the images, Pages 4 - would be to do the same for our IE6 version of the website Phase 5 - is to make a high speed non-javascript version of our website. We're looking to use the same coder for all these projects. If these work out then we can have a long term relationship working on this website.
