Extractor Program Needed

We are looking for a talented coder to write an extractor program which will complete the following tasks: i.) autorun overnight; ii.) download a zip file containing data from a website (in the form of a column of approximately 30,000+ entries); iii.) extract the data from the zip file (zip file contains data column in the form of a notepad file); iii.) conduct a search of the notepad data against certain preselected keywords (which we will preselect and be able to change over time); iv.) identify the data containing the keywords; v.) conduct another search of the notepad data against an English language dictionary (and/or Spanish and French dictionary's); vi.) identify the data containing the dictionary words; vii.) import the matching keyword and dictionary data into 3 fields (perhaps more) of an excel table/file.
