This is not exact clone of [login to view URL] but I think it gives the idea... Their system is much like adsense by google. The difference is they have a "hyperlinked text" type advertisement (very much like kontera's offer at [login to view URL]) What I want is to build a link exchange service with built in revenue opportunity: 1) The system will be a banner/link exchange service service. 2) If there is an advertiser, the system will divide the advertisement with a fixed ratio (say 50%... So if advertiser pays 100$ for 1000 impression/click/sale. When the site generates 1000 impression/click/sale for this advertiser the system will credit the publisher 50$) 3) If there is no advertiser, the publisher ads/banners will be shown through the exchange. 4) The ad formats will be as clicksor/adsense offer. Beside "hyperlinked text" types and banner advertisement. 5) It could be better to use as many advertisement exchange opportunities as possible (text link, banner exchange, hyperlinked text exchange, etc.) 6) Since it is an exchange service, the publisher can choose which sites/ads to be shown on its site and where its own ads will be published. So there should be some categories for publisher. In short I am planning to create an exchange service but if there is an advertiser, it would be a additional income source for publishers... A multi-tier structure should be created also... Well... That's all for now. I am open to any suggestion to make this service as unique as possible with yout suggestions...
