The dealers need to be able to seach for cars they need from other dealers.
The dealers also need to be able to talk to each other.

Here is our proposal ,
a nice elegant website design with backend in mysql and server side programming in php. Delaers can upload info about their cars alongwith pictures. There will be an internal chat and mailbox system for dealers to communicate , you can set membership option on the website with a single click from your password protected admin panel. Admin will also be able to edit/delete posts from members.
