Business Proposal Generator w/treeview outline menu

**[login to view URL] / ASP type application_??** The purpose of this project is to create a single copy (per user/client) of a _predefined_ **Business Plan** where the user can make modifications and tailor it to THEIR specific circumstances. I provide the basic text/content and numbers/projections (always a NEW business project without sales history)...and this program would display it (and print out the formatted pages) by topical sections (sections and sub-section categories can be added or deleted by the user). While this application is an ONLINE web-based/browswer-based application, I would like to create the text and variable data fields off-line if possible in another application such as MS-Access. This program should utilize a treeview outline menu (left frame) and a right frame that DISPLAYS the current, formatted text...with a button to EDIT the predefined text/content. Included would be some predefined Excel type tables (with numbers, formulas, and layouts- although EXCEL does not HAVE to be used if we need to keep everything in Access) within the finished output document (via a report generated in this program - that combines formatted text, graphs, and SS type table data) but **NOT a WORD document. ** NOTE: I can purchase a library that allows full text formatting within an Access MEMO field (allowing various fonts, point sizes, etc.) if necessary (see documentation attached) For an example of what I am after see the following site: **[login to view URL] ** Also if you are seriously interested I can provide you with some more information, and answer any questions you have before offering a quote.
