ASP.NET Project with Ajax - consulting, etc.

We need a person with experience with ASP.NET and AJAX to advise us about proceeding with finishing an application we started a while ago. Two separate programmers worked on the project, which involves database access (At present using Microsoft Access, but we will eventually move to SQL Server express or MySQL). Most of the code is in C#, but going forward we'd like ti use VB.NET. We (myself and a programmer who works with me) are experienced with VB6 and are quite proficient with ASP, but not so great with ASP.NET, etc. We need to gain greater understanding of where this project is at so far, how to load it in Visual Studio so we can work with it in that environment, and how to move the project forward. So far, there are 5 or 6 "browse" screens completed, which allow the user to add/edit/view/search/delete information form a number of tables. Ideally, you will be available to work with us over a period of a few weeks, a few hours at a time, and you should be able to walk us through an explanation of what needs to be done to complete the project. There is a good possibility that we could assign you more work on the coding and development of the project, if the first part of this project works out well.
