ASP.NET Horizontal Ticker/Scroller

I need a simple ASP.NET news ticker, which is basically just a horizontal text scroller (very similar to the vertical newest bid requests scroller here on RentACoder). A working website with a working javascript text scroller (just scrolls by modifying the text all the time) will be provided to the coder, you also do not have to worry about any styles, pages, etc. The ASP.NET news ticker should: - Show a line of html text (but only normal text and links are required). The text scrolls to the left. - The text should scroll per pixel, not per character, this is very important because thats the whole reason for this control. - Read this text from a text file - Should be implemented as an ascx control and it should allow setting the total control width (font, height, etc. can be fixed). - Should allow setting the speed of the text - That's it ^^ Using Visual Studio Orcas and/or ASP.NET Ajax is appreciated, but not required for this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
