54677 Traffic Exchange Script

I have a traffic exchange which has a couple of problems with the script I need a competent programmer to put these problems right. The first problem is the timer which is displayed at the top of the page and counts down the time that each page is displayed is not working. The second problem is in the admin section were only part of the stats are being shown.
