need a website built that is a replicating site. Where i can have unlimited people creating thier site. In this site i want a video on the front page also on the first page clients to put thier name email and phone number, Page two they will be able to check different illnesses they have and from that an email will be emailed to the reps site they are on. I will send all the illnesses to the programmer. I will also send the mineral deficiency for each illness so when the client clicks on illness and then submit a report will be sent to the site owner what mineral deficency they have, a recomended product and the persons contact info from first page then the site owner will be able to follow up. Once the customer clicks subit a email will be sent to them as well with a thank you message. This site should have where members pay 10.95 a month to keep thier site active which will be automatically debited from a credit card. There should be an admin area so site owners can track how many visits, a database of the info that was filled out so they can store. This site is for clients to be able to put thier illness in and be ableto find out what mineral deficiency they have. Also i want a section where we can upload audio testimony on the front page of the site. I want a great design full of energy. We will provide for each illness what mineral deficiency it is and also what product should go with what mineral deficiency. all answers and phone numbers go to the site owner for them to call the customer back.
