434572 move site from old server to new server

i have a website that i need transferred from one hosting account to another. there are a few databases that will need to be configured/setup as well when moving servers. it is about 7 gigs worth of files (mostly images). the current server uses nodeworx/siteworx and the new server uses cpanel. you will be responsible for moving all files and configuring all databases to ensure the site is 100% working on the new server. if any php or server modules are missing in order to make the site run properly, you will be required to install them on the new server (simply create/view an [login to view URL] file on each server and compare). only users experienced in moving sites and server management will be considered. please ask any questions you may have. thanks!
