60932 link rotator PLUS

Here is what I need. I need a rotaing script that when someone types in my main URL, it will pull a user number from a flatfile database and redriect it to a different URL with that number so for example if the user number is 7 The person types in the URL such as [login to view URL] and it redirects to [login to view URL] Then when they click on the links from then on it would say for example if I have a link that says FAQ, then the links would be [login to view URL], or a link might say [login to view URL] One other thing. The rotator would be weighted so that somehow I could control how many times it goes to the main site vs. the database so for example, if I wanted it to go to main site without referencing the database 5 times I could set that number then on the 5th time it would draw from the database to take it to the new URL. Again for example, it would simply go the [login to view URL] 5 times then on the next time someone comes to the site, it would go to [login to view URL] and hten 5 more times someone access the site, it would go to the main page and then so on and so on....(Not sure if I am clear on how I am explaing that, so if you do not understand that part, let me know) My site is in PHP already and I will add the links manually to the database.
