2434 Directory from Clickbank XML

Hello, I need a script that creates a Directory of the Clickbank Marketplace from the XML feed they provide. Can be very simple I can do the design, just create a header and footer file so I can easily modify the look. This should be fairly easy for someone with knowledge in PHP and XML feeds. I need this ASAP, I will choose someone who can start right away If you do a good job I will be wanting some Addons to the basic script soon as well, so this could turn into future jobs. thanks
