147795 Bingo Card Generator

I am in need of a BINGO card generator script similar to that of [login to view URL] but I need it to use text instead of numbers. The text will be songs and artists for a game called Rock & Roll Bingo. please quote at the lowest possible rate. Please refer to attached screenshot: 1) The Bingo cards will be printed in black and white on A4 size papers. 2) There will be 2 cards per page. 3) User can specify how many pages to print. Usually a maximum of 250 pages (500 cards) will be printed. 4) Each card will have 5 X 5 cells. 5) There cannot be two or more same song description per card. 6) For each generation, all cards will be different. No two cards will be exactly the same. 7) Must be able to create and select different series of 75 song names. Ie rock, country, 80's, ect. 15 songs will go under each letter in BINGO and will be randomly selected. 8) page formatting will stay the same except for song names changing. 9) category name must appear at top of page.
