Software graphic design

We have recently rebranded our company and need to revise one of our software interfaces. In the project file are screenshots of our OLD interface and elements that I need redesigned. Please do not feel constrained by the old look and feel?be creative. _Branding elements:_ Our logo and tagline are focal. Logo is provided in the project files, and our tagline is "Protecting Officers, Families and Communities". Please use colors consistent with our newly launched website at [login to view URL] solutions.com. _Deliverables:_ These will need to be provided in .psd (Photoshop) format with layers (ungrouped). My version of Photoshop does not support grouped layers. Please provide each individual graphic element as a layer. This is very important in order to receive payment.
