Photoshop Work on Logo and a Background Image

What I need is 2 things: 1.) The attached logo. I need the inside of the "M" to be #E74C3C and not blue. This logo is going on a dark blue back ground...so the "M" is the gradient #E74C3C and the border and circle lines need to be changed to white. I need the right side of the logo cleaned up too to match the left side. 2.) Below is the link to the template we're using...that blue background image with the "@" and hearts, we want to replace it with the attached Washington DC image...but in that same clip art, faded, dark blue look like this template bg image has: [login to view URL] Template: [login to view URL] (notice background) I tried with Photoshop filter and stroke effects but I'm just not that savvy.
