It should not take more then 5-10 minutes per post. What you post minimal on Instragram: > 5 posts per week > 5-7 stories per week Total around: 2 hours per week. Content should be: - Brave, sexy, independent strong woman (and sometimes time) - Photos should be challenging, sexy, brave. Or use 'quotes', see in examples. - Not product related - Where and if possible, use 'news' and 'populair' items (check Instragram populair items) and use national holidays such as 'International Womans day'. - You should delevop own unique style - Due to content, a woman might be better suited but all freelancers can apply. - Topics should be related to love, woman, sex, freedom, good vibes, posivity, self-respect.
