See the attached image. I want a military type logo that has the effect of it being stamped onto a classified folder as approved... ink and stamp effects may work. I do NOT want you to use trash machine or vintage effects. You CANNOT use clip art, it must be actual original work or I will close the project. I have a rough idea of the logo attached, the wording will be slightly different. I attached US logos for examples of the quality before the effects are added. I own all rights and must be given the entire file with all of the layers and content etc, and a few different .png and .jpg files for printing and the web.
