Hello! We are looking for someone to help us to edit, format, and manage a large set of documents. The work can be a bit repetitive, but we can promise a constant flow of work if it turns out that you are a good match. Basically we'd like you to be able to go into a computer-folder we share with you on Dropbox and be able to make all of the documents in that folder look neat, tidy, and have a cohesive style and consistent presentation. This might mean adding logos, or a colour scheme throughout all the documents. We'd like you to be able to edit the content to make sure it looks nice and tidy. Some documents will require you to insert photos while others will have you replace client names and client details throughout a template. The basics skills required are: 1) English Language 2) Ability to easily use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Photoshop 3) Ability to use these programs to make documents look well-designed and professional 4) Familiarity with dropbox 5) Able to manage large amounts of work and to be self-organised 6) Willing to do repetitive work 7) Ability to Edit PDF documents Initially the work will be simple. We want you to customise a large PDF document (with photoshop or a similar program) by doing a simple search and replace function. If we find we can easily work with you and if you want to get more work from us, we will start giving you more kinds of documents to edit, format, and customize. These kinds of documents will include: Business Plan Work History/Resumes Excel Documents: Gantt Charts Financial Spreadsheets Quality Assessments Let us know what you think!

Hi, I think can do this job for you. But to be everything nice and clear, you can send me a test project to make (without paying me money). I enjoy tidying up and designing documents, creating reports, and especially advanced Excel formula work. Regarding the skills: 1) I'm English born and bred. I've taken your required 'US English' as well for you though. 2) I'm a Microsoft Office Specialist. I advocate the use of document templates (especially useful for what you need), and have lots of experience of all the quirky little things Word etc. can do sometimes and how to fix those. I studied digital imaging at University, so Photoshop is no problem. 3) I can use Acrobat Pro, Visio, Publisher or other software in order to achieve what you need. I'm used to creating management reports, sales presentations etc., and know how important the presentation of a document is. 4) I'm familiar with using Dropbox and shared folders. 5) I'm a professional administrator, and so time management and organisation are an inherent part of what I do. 6) I'm quite the perfectionist, and so do every single task with the utmost attention.
