Xfilesharing Pro - clean up HTML, add upload page.

We need a link setup where a javascript popup will allow a user to upload files (similiar to the one on the homepage of [login to view URL]). Also, we need the pages to line up in the center (as you can see on the login page, where everything is centered). Viewing the pages in different browsers comes up with different alignments. It looks like some of the HTML just needs to be cleaned up and tweeked to get the desired look.
