IRC Bot for In House League

Need an IRC Bot, that connects to a channel on quakenet, then sets up and manages games and users. Basic functions: Connects to and auths with an IRC Channel Interacts with authed users that match a list Keep stats on users based on user imput Matchs users into teams based on those stats Swap users in that are not signed up for the game after a game has started Waits for input from the two highest-stats players one on each team It needs to be able to run multiple games at the same time This also needs to be done ASAP
