osCommerce enable SSL & cleanup folders

Need someone to enable SSL on my osCommerce site. The site is running fine and I have SSL working but I need osCommerce to work within https: folder. Currently I have my plesk control panel set to use http: a& https: as one. I direct users to [login to view URL] which works fine. But when user click on any link he leaves the ssl site and goes to regular http: page. I tried tweaking my [login to view URL] file but no luck. Also you will need to clean up my installation. Person before you installed a copy of oscommerce from another site. I now have 3 or 4 folders with duplicate files in them. I would like all un-needed files removed. There are also reference left in the files from the old site "freshfromtheboat.com" You will need to remove them - or set them to my site. I will need this done fast please. Thanks
