Fix Oracle database + recover data

I have an oracle 11g db installed on my laptop running Windows 7 (64 bit) The laptop crashed recently and since then I have been getting the error: ORA-01033: Oracle Initalisation or shutdown in progress Process id=0 Session id=0 Serial number=0 The task is to help me get the database up and running again with all the data, or to recovery all the data. I have backed up the [login to view URL] [login to view URL], FTBDAT (data file), redologs and various .dbf files You will provide step by step instructions / assist via Skype or I can send you the backed up files and you can extract the data and send it to me as an export to be imported into a new DB.
