I had a very good experience in migrating projects to upgrade versions. I would like to do work for you. I already migrated to projects. 1 odoo 9 to odoo 11. and odoo 7 to odoo 10. I also have done database migrations for version 6 to version 11. I would work at a minimal rate of 6$.

there is no information regarding which are the modules you need to port from 8 to 12 and is there any direct code update happened in base code( in some cases some unprofessional developers will change the base code when porting the code from an older version to new it'll make huge problems and burn lot times).
