Redevelope Bookkeeping Software

we are a small company who sell our own program. the problem is, that it is a 16bit application developed in c and c++. because of 16bit applications doesn't run on 64bit operating systems, we have to redevelope the complete application. we would like to have it as c# app with an mdb database as a standalone application like before. the funcionalities and forms have to be exactly the same as now. in a first version no new function or design needed. but of course by design it can be also close to existing version if it is more easy to develope. the goal is to create a simple copy as 32bit program (with possibility to overtake later as a 64 and increase easy the functionality). the complete application have to be in german language first, as it is. if it is more easy to make it in english with an easy file to translate (for example xml behind) you can make it this way also. all original code exist, but it was made in microsoft studio 2.0 and this we don't have anymore. so it makes maybe not so much sense to take a look. the database structure can be overtaken. now we use a raima database. the installation of the existing application you can by [login to view URL] please look carefully at the application before you make an offer. it is more as it looks by first view with all reports and calculations.
