Website for client accounts

We are an investment related company with an international client base. We need a website to display account information to our clients when they login. We will provide more details to the developers we shorlist. This project is for professional developers and companies only. If you do not have an established track record please do not bid. The website will have a login page as mentioned. After login, the user should see the current transactions on the account inside a table. Some additional information like the total account value will also be displayed on this page. Apart from this, you must provide a way for us to update account information. We need to periodically create new accounts and transactions on each account. Also, we sometimes need to show some special information for the account as a notice. This should also be displayed to the user. We should be able to change the setting whether to display the notice or not. This is only a basic description of the website.
