Name and email address

Hello, This is Patrick in Australia I am looking for a database of internet marketers, web direct marketing etc from Australia. It should be the latest... and in the excel format. I need the data including Names,email address and which state they are. ( Australia has 5 states) I need a min of 500,000... Seperate the data under different state. A database of persons who have opted in to receive emails is preferred. Please don't post any dead or old links or any database from CD's available in the market.....looking only for latest....
