We want to develop a mobile tariff comparison engine where: 1) consist of a backend system and a front end mobile app for any device, smart phone, tablet etc 2) The app offers mobile prepaid/postpaid catalog across all operators which makes it very easy and convenient for consumer to quickly discover the right plan. Plans can be browsed using various categories and specific plans can be searched. 3) The app could offer the comparasion of best roaming options in EU for start , where the user can selct the country they are visting and the APP should desplay the bestmobile offers as well as WIFI opportunities. 4) The user has to be able to purchase the plan, where the app can forward the request to the payment broker or relevant mobile operator. 5) the APP should list the price offer, quality of the service of the operator based on location based service 6) the app should collect users feedback regarding the offer they purchased, their experience with operators, complaints or rate the product. 7) The app should be expanded in the future to compare more utility pricing & Tarrifs as we move forward.
