configure free software

I need someone to configure for me the free software shown in this web page: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/solr/Result+Clustering I want to produce the same type of graphic which is shown in the page (https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/solr/Result+Clustering) but I want to use my own data. I just need help to take this data and make a picture like that shown here https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/solr/Result+Clustering I need all the steps tested together and then given to me step by step.
