Why don't you let me make you an MSSQL database, put this spreadsheet in there, and then you can manipulate the data like a professional. Then, Later you can add an interface. But for this project I would create the datatbase and show you how to manually update rows, import, export, etc. I think you'll find it's 10000% easier than what you're doing now. AND unlimited people can access the information at once. Again, LATER, you can make a nice .net interface with pages and stuff but for now, I'll show you how to manually edit the database letting you get what you want for a reasonable price, and it still being the foundation for "what's next". But just a big Excel sheet, for this purpose doesn't sound like a good thing to do. I am American, live in NYC, have a BS and a day job; I need extra projects this month.
