Hey there I am looking for an experienced sound designer to create lots of sounds for me over the course of months. These sounds must be detailed and realistic, and will include everything from weapon sounds and weapon Foley, to vehicle explosions, UI character Foley and much more. To start I would probably work on some weapon sounds which need to as all be realistic and detailed with many layers and punchiness. Using MW2019- 2022 and BF 2042 as examples. Here’s a list of examples for this: 1. Fire (5-6 variants similar sounding but not exactly the same for a bit of shooting variety) 2. Suppressed Fire (5-6 variants similar sounding but not exactly the same for a bit of shooting variety) 3. Bolt action (Twisting the bolt, pulling it back, pushing it forward, and twisting back down) 4. Mag Action (taking out the mag, putting the mag back in) 5. Draw (Weapon and clothing Foley) 6. Holster (Weapon and clothing Foley) (Action sounds to be created using the sounds made) - Reload - Reload Empty - Fancy Reload - Fancy Reload Empty - Inspect - Inspect Fancy - Fancy Draw - Fancy Holster - Ammo Check - Ready Up - Pickup -

My approach to this project would start with research. I would familiarize myself with realistic sound effects and audio libraries of weapon sounds to get an idea of how they should sound. I would also analyze the MW2019-2022 and BF2042 games to get an understanding of their sonic aesthetics. I would then begin creating the sound effects. I would create the weapon sounds from scratch, starting with the basic elements of the sound and then building on it with layers and effects to create the desired sonic outcome. For the Foley sounds, I would record myself performing the various actions to get as close to reality as possible, and I would also use Foley libraries to supplement the recordings. I would then mix and master the sounds, making sure they all fit in the sonic landscape of the game, as well as making sure they sound as realistic as possible. Finally, I would test the sounds to make sure they are up to the client's standards. I am confident that my approach would help create detailed and realistic sounds for the game, and would be a great asset to the project.
