I am looking for someone to set up a very basic mobile app. This is the start of potentially larger project. I would like to use Microsoft's Azure platform to include their App Service as well as mobile services (i.e. MBAAS) platform to simplify development. Below is a summary: 1) I have a test database setup in Azure that I would like the App to utilize 2) Write a simple iOS app (using iPhone 6 as the basis) that does the following things: a) Displays a login screen if the user hasn't already logged in. b) Use an email address and password c) Check the username and password by accessing the database in Azure. If it matches, show a screen saying "Hello" + User's FirstName + User's LastName d) If it doesn't match display an error e) Provide a means to "Register" a user to take in their first name, last name, email address and a password. f) Record that data in the database and make it available for future logins.

Hello, I need access credentials (token and appId) to Azure instance and DB connection parameters. I'll use last Azure SDK for iOS.
